Care Net Pregnancy Resource Centers
Care Net has 3 locations in our immediate area - Manassas, Warrenton and Woodbridge. Care Net wants to help women who are pregnant or may be pregnant, whether the pregnancy was planed or not. As non profit organization Care Net offers free pregnancy tests (walk-ins are welcome), free counseling programs and services, as well as limited ultrasound services, assistance with maternity and pregnancy items, and even programs for men. Care Net also provides a 24-hour confidential hotline at 1-800-395 HELP.

Christ In Action is an organization that is truly Bringing Hope to America's Families. Community Touch, located in Bealeton, VA has a goal to "Touch Lives One Day at a Time". This ministry includes A Food Pantry, an Outreach that distributes free clothing and furniture to those in need, a forty bed homeless facility providing residents a stable place to live, caseworker support and financial mentoring to help them succeed in life, and Noah's Ark Thrift Store located in the Bealeton Bloom Shopping center whose proceeds go back into the ministry. For over 50 years Teen Challenge has been helping people who want to be free of life controlling issues, such as drug or alcohol addiction. The approach of this ministry, is that the foundation to breaking free must be a relationship with Jesus Christ, but they also equip each resident with the basic tools needed to live life in this world. Spiritual Care Support Ministries
Grief affects many of us and sometimes for very different reasons. Sometimes it is the death of a loved one, sometimes a long term illness, sometimes it is divorce. The Thurman Brisben Center
The Thurman Brisben Center is a full service residential emergency homeless shelter covering the City of Fredericksburg and the Counties of Caroline, King George, Spotsylvania and Stafford. Not only does the center shelter, feed, and cloth the residents, they also help those in need of shelter work on the issues that have caused their homelessness. The Brisben Center offers services including medical treatment, parenting skills, job help, daycare assistance, GED preparation, Budgeting classes, life skills classes , computer training and much more.
