Common Issues When Access Streams

Adobe Flash Player:
Our streams require the free Adobe Flash Player version 9 or higher to stream PER. To download Adobe Flash Player, login to http://www.adobe.com/go/getflashplayer and download the latest player. Once installed, exit your web browser and try connecting to our streams again.

Educational/Health Care Facilities/Government:
We have found that it is common for educational, government & health care facilities to block the use of Adobe Flash Player. If you are having this issue, please email us at listeninghelp@positivehits.org for more information on how to alleviate this issue.

 

Pop-Up Blockers:
If you are unable to launch the media player after clicking on the listen link, and you receive an error regarding "Pop-Up blocked," mouse over the message and choose "Always allow pop-ups from this site."

Browser/Player Requirements
